Harry Potter Studio Tour - London

If you consider yourself a hardcore Potter fan, then the spellbinding Harry Potter Studio Tour in London is definitely an attraction you can’t miss. Showcasing a range of astounding special effects, striking makeup, and magical props used in all eight of the films, the tour will take you behind-the-scenes where you will be helplessly enthralled by the abundance of extraordinarily detailed artistry on display. Some of the best highlights will include the iconic Hogwarts Great Hall complete with a display of the Professors’ costumes, Dumbledore’s circular Office of striking arches and its jumble of portraits, Diagon Alley’s collection of quirky and colourful shops, and the final exhibit of a stunning fifty-foot-wide scale model of the castle of Hogwarts, complete with small bridges, miniature shingles, Hagrid’s Cabin, and lights that flick on and off in the windows!

Although the tour is estimated to be three hours long, you are encouraged to explore the sets and exhibits at your own pace. And with an unlimited photo policy, you should remember to bring a camera along and take pictures of your favourite exhibits for an everlasting experience!

The magic, however, doesn’t end with the tour as the studio comes with a gift shop that offers a range of official merchandise and souvenirs for you to take home.

The Studio Tour is located twenty miles from the heart of London and accessible to everyone, and if you’re looking to stay overnight there are many hotels to choose from in the area. The De Vere Venues Hunton Park Hotel is situated only three minutes’ drive away from the Warner Bros Studio Tour, and has many facilities to keep you relaxed and comfortable during your time with them.

An alternative is the Park Inn Watford Hotel positioned in the heart of town and is just five minutes’ walk from Watford train station, providing a convenient location for those looking to explore London and all it has to offer. For more hotel choices, try Expedia Hotels for a wide selection of accommodation.

Remember, tickets are not available for purchase at the attraction and must be booked in advance online at www.wbstudiotour.co.uk, or at authorised vendors.
